Derik has over 20 years’ experience in building damage assessments, water and fire damage recovery, indoor air quality, and mold assessment and testing. Prior to Kleen Indoors, Derik spent 17 years with a national restoration franchise, including 5 years in Franchised Operations, serving as Director of Training. He has extensive experience in waterproofing, dehumidification and structural drying, crawlspace and basement moisture control, and asbestos testing and abatement.
